IKM Capital Management, LLC is an independent investment advisory firm, and was established to manage various fund offerings. IKM specializes in nontraditional and alternative assets.
IKM focuses on sectors in which its managers have demonstrated expertise. Specifically, investments that have defined cash-flow components, which require sophisticated quantitative analysis.
Our Culture
At IKM our overriding objective is the pursuit of excellence, or more precisely, constant improvement. First and foremost, we want a culture of excellence that results in a constantly improving company in all aspects.
Our Philosophy
IKM has a conservative and disciplined investment process. Rather than “swing for the fences” with every investment, we strive for consistency and stability. We look for investments where risk can be reduced and quantified using our proprietary investment models.
Lower risk does not always mean low returns. IKM specifically focuses on alternative investments, because the returns tend to be higher per risk measure versus more traditional assets due solely to their esoteric nature. With fewer managers focusing on these assets, the seller has to offer higher returns than they ordinarily would for the risk.
Our Investors
IKM targets institutional investors and high net worth individuals to invest in its fund offerings. IKM does not disclose information about its investors. Because of applicable U.S. securities laws, firms such as IKM work only with “accredited investors” and “qualified purchasers” as those terms are defined under securities laws. These types of investors are highly sophisticated with considerable financial resources. IKM is prohibited from offering its products to the general public under applicable securities laws and regulations.
